Andrew Palmer: Disjunction of Men

Galerie Rüdiger Schöttle is pleased to announce the forthcoming exhibition Disjunction of Men by the British artist Andrew Palmer. The exhibition presents new paintings in both two and three dimensional form, configured by hand woven, split stick fences, that divide and accentuate the rectilinear nature of the gallery space. Like his work, Andrew Palmer’s title Disjunction of Men extends the open yet directed realm of possible interpretation. Defying any direct references, the paintings are nevertheless suggestive of connections that are both historical and immediate.
